The Partners

Together, our Hub partners serve over 27,000 community members each year and employ around 800 community members working in health, social services, developmental services, social recreation, and more. Around 400 of these staff will be on-site daily. We offer a full range of services to support people from all walks of life in their moment of need.

Who We Are

Willowbridge Community Services

Willowbridge Community Services is a not-for-profit, charitable organization offering developmental services and counselling across Hamilton, Brantford, Niagara, Six Nations of the Grand River, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, and Haldimand Norfolk.

Canadian Mental Health Association (Brant)

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is a not-for-profit organization that provides supported housing, case management and court supports, and other community mental health care services Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk Counties.

H.O.P.E.

H.O.P.E. is a not-for-profit organization run by and for consumers of mental health services in Brant County. As a sister agency to the CMHA, they work collaboratively with the community to help people in their recovery by providing meaningful employment, peer support and advocacy.

St. Leonard’s Community Services

St. Leonard’s Community Services (SLCS) is a non-profit, charitable organization providing a full range of health and social programs to people in the City of Brantford, and Brant, Haldimand, and Norfolk Counties. SLCS provides an extensive, integrated continuum of services across 4 departmental portfolios, including addictions and mental health, employment, justice, and housing.

Woodview Mental Health and Autism Services

Woodview is a not-for-profit organization serving the communities of Halton, Hamilton, and Brantford. They provide a range of mental health and autism services and supports to children, youth, adults, and families. Woodview is the Lead Agency for Children’s Mental Health in the Brantford / Brant region. Woodview holds their clients and families at the centre of all that they do.

Grand River Community Health Centre

Grand River Community Health Centre is a not-for profit organization that promotes healthy communities by providing primary health care, health promotion, and community development to ensure that no one faces barriers to health and well-being.

The Bridge Brant

The Bridge Brant is a grassroots committee that works to identify and address inequalities that are experienced by Brantford and Brant County’s Two Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (2SLGBTQ+) population.

Friends 4 Kindness

Friends 4 Kindness is a not-for-profit organization that advocates for inclusion and acceptance through kindness. They host an online buddy program (teen, elementary & adult groups), Un-birthday Parties, a card-writing program, and many more social recreation opportunities for folks living with disabilities.

Contact Brant

Contact Brant is a not-for-profit organization that serves as the access point to community services for children and youth aged 0 - 18 with mental health concerns, developmental disabilities, and other service needs. Contact Brant provides service connections, resource information, and on-going coordinated supports across community, education and health services. They are the Access Mechanism for Brant Child and Youth Services, the Lead Agency for Coordinated Service Planning in Brant, and the Lead Organization for the Ontario Autism Program’s Urgent Response Service for the Hamilton-Niagara Region.

Community Living Brant

Community Living Brant is a not-for-profit organization that offers a wide variety of services and supports to adults with a developmental disability and their families in Brantford and Brant County. Community Living Brant envisions a welcoming, inclusive community where all are encouraged to reach their full potential.

Brant Community Healthcare System

The Brant Community Healthcare System is Brantford’s local hospital. Their plan is to locate some outpatient mental health services within the Riverside Hub.
